Job summary
Support an organization with the unique focus of leading GEOINT research.Responsible for performing scientific research and transitioning innovative concepts and capabilities to hard problems.Support staff who can assist in the day-to-day coordination and data management that support these activities.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Coach and Mentor to work with entire Ultimatum Team (including offsite contractors).• Teach principles and tools (Pareto, Ishikawa, Process Analysis, Benchmarking, etc.).• Conduct training and facilitation.• Support day-to-day coordination and data management.
Requirements
• 10+ years' relevant work experience• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility• Bachelor's degree• Willingness to sit for a CI Poly• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

• Good with people• Solid understanding of the process and tools
