Position Summary: Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Lead, the Quality Assurance Analyst 1 is responsible for delivering well tested applications to our clients and providing essential feedback to the software development team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Software Testing Tests applications for defects and proper customer driven functionality? Focuses on the functionality, security, and stability of our applications Creates and reviews software test plans and validation test steps Creates and executes manual test cases Quality Assurance? Proposes enhancements to the software development lifecycle as appropriate Identifies risks and issues proactively and drives creative solutions Participates in business requirement and functional specification reviews Reviews Azure DevOps documentation for consistency with delivered application features Ensures QA Dashboard is accurate and up to date at all times Completes Root Cause Analysis of production defects Updates Test Rails as required Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one product Contributes to RCAs, Release Retrospectives, and Hot Fix Recaps as required Technical Support Investigates and responds to customer feedback regarding quality Completes assigned customer tickets Additional duties as assigned Requirements Position Qualifications (specific training or job experience required before appointment): Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or related professional experience preferred but not required Ability to prioritize and be flexible in rearranging priorities across multiple projects and deadlines Must possess a positive attitude with strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty Ability to serve as a functional subject matter expert for ImageTrend products and associated applications Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, a plus SQL knowledge and understanding of relational DBs a plus Effective analytical and critical thinking skills The ability to communicate complex concepts in clear, simple, and understandable terms What We Have To Offer This position is available for fully remote, and onsite or hybrid work flexibility at our office located in Lakeville, MN Outstanding compensation package Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) matching Paid Time Off In office and remote work environments available Perks in the office such as snacks, tap beer, and ping-pong The ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative team For applicants that reside in the following states, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents, please contact for salary range information.
