Quality Associate

Position Purpose: To perform entry to mid-level quality assurance work. Support quality department on tasks related to RMA, customer complaint investigation, process qualification and audit. Generate quality documentation per customer's requirement (C of C, SOW, FAIR, qualification report etc…)
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform internal audit (include 5S audit) to identify improvement opportunity and drive improvement action implementation Coordinate corrective action implementation customer and external audit Coordinate improve actions implementation from internal and external quality meeting Coordinate investigation regarding to RMA and customer complaint Generate C of C for shipment to customer Generate SOW for customer RMA Coordinate customer source inspection Coordinate activities related to MPQ (Manufacturing Process Qualification) Generate FAIR per customer's requirement Coordinate purge activities Export data from FITS, generate quality reports Qualifications
Education Education: B.A/B.S, B.Eng or equivalent years of experience
Experience: 2+ years experiences in manufacturing environment is a plus
Preferred Skills: IPC A 610, Quality Testing (PCBA, Electronics component), knowledge of CAPA, and process audit
