Base salary DOE and to $75K- $100K and DOE. (ideally 5-10yrs. experienced)
What You Will Be Doing
Our Business Analyst/System Analyst will closely work with Development team and Business teams, and be responsible to help manage and execute details of the product roadmap. Work with a collaborative group of Developers, Designers, QA and other BAs and will be responsible for the execution and delivery of new feature-functionality.
-Analyze business systems and processes
-Document business requirements
-Customer interfacing platform between customers and enterprise resources
-Manage business requirements and delivery on product tracks (Web and Data)
-Team collaboration of course with continuous Improvement Techniques to drive outcome.
-Foresee and identify the concerns, risks, issues of the team and drive alongside Tech lead(s) to remove the obstacles to deliver quality releases.
-Drive product Epics by working closely with Developer, UX, QA and other BAs.
-Clear Story and Use cases gathering and analysis.
-Work with relevant members and be responsible for Story splitting and Story definition.
-Develop necessary UX as means of communication of User Stories.
-JIRA and Slack (or other means) Organization to ease the free flow of Sprint communications.
-Integrate data and research into the methodology.
-Absorb, Learn and Develop deep domain and systems expertise.
-Specification documentation, Process modelling, Business rules documentation and Training materials as needed.
-Alternatives gathering and analysis.
-Facilitate the scrums/backlog grooming/prioritization/showcases/retrospect/UATs/other agile rituals.
-Bridge between Business teams and Development.
-Story Acceptance for release.
What You Need for this Position
-5++ yrs. of technical BA or Systems Analyst experience with proven experience working with cross functions teams. (5-10yrs ideally) Preferably with a BS degree.
" Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
-Exceptional organization, communication and project management skills.
-Highly motivated self-starter and flexible thinker who can work well independently or as a part of a team.
Pluses:
-Computer Science background.
-Working experience in Cloud Tech/ERP/CRM/E-commerce environments is preferred.
-Effective communicate skills both written and verbally.
-Influence without reporting structure.
-Prioritization skills needed and ability to Execute with minimal guidance.
