Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Estimating during Preconstruction• Read and Interpret Construction Plans and Specifications• Mentor less experienced Project Management staff• Establish long-term relationships with stakeholders• Oversee Subcontractor and Vendor procurement• Resolve drawing interpretation problems• Manage project documentation and reports• Prepare timely Owner Billings• Produce accurate monthly cost projections• Monitor Project Schedules and provide progress updates
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred• 5+ years experience managing commercial/light industrial projects• Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods• Strong financial management skills• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project• Relevant certifications or equivalent experience considered
