Responsibilities
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation• Oversee vendor selection, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support• Manage and coordinate IT and clinical professionals• Provide ongoing project updates and manage stakeholder expectations• Conduct thorough testing and validation of EHR system• Develop and implement training materials and programs• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end users• Track and report project progress and metrics
Requirements
• Proficient in Point Click Care/SNF application• Skilled nursing experience• Clinical expertise in long term care• Ability to verify accurate migration• Experience with HL7 interfaces• Knowledge of CMS regulations for skilled nursing facilities• Proven ability in project planning, timelines, and budgets• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare regulatory requirements• Experience with project management methodologies• Experience with data migration and system integration• Proven ability to train and support end-users on new IT systems
