Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and manage project team• Implement quality control procedures and monitor progress of construction activities• Manage project financials and review/negotiate client contracts• Establish strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders• Act as a brand ambassador for the company and demonstrate integrity and ethics• Complete due diligence and risk assessment• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices• Excellent communication skills• Willingness to travel to construction sites• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage healthcare projects consistently
Requirements
• 2+ years of industrial and/or commercial electrical project management experience preferred• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field• 2+ years of experience in healthcare project management preferred• Thorough understanding of safety standards in electrical construction
