Primary Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise in finance and accounting to analyze financial statements for monthly/quarterly/annual financial outlooks, support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and complete Estimates at Complete (EAC).
Manage the month-end closing process for the Global Products division CRNs, ensuring accuracy in awards/bookings, backlog, revenue & OI, and cash validation for assigned CRNs.
Oversee contract setup and closeout processes.
Drive financial forecasts and EACs; manage subcontractors and analyze program revenue and costs.
Assist Program Managers in identifying programmatic risks and opportunities affecting program financials, offering recommendations for cost reductions and risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed and accurate invoices and conduct month-end closings and variance/trend analyses.
Manage cash flow, including timely submission of invoices, collections, and unbilled reduction.
Monitor key performance indicators, investigating unexpected variances to forecast and recommending improvements to management.
Collaborate closely with Group-level FP&A and other functions globally to complete forecast consolidation and provide variance analysis.
Lead analyses providing insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Ensure accuracy in direct actuals, identifying and correcting errors promptly. Track funding and support ad hoc requests from internal management and external customers.
Mentor and support junior Financial Analysts within the team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field and 12+ years of demonstrated experience in program financial control.
Proven experience in contract cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience with international commercial contracts and the defense contract industry.
Prior full-cycle product finance experience, including supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to convey detailed analysis effectively to various stakeholders.
Ability to work across multiple contracts and organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous FP&A experience.
Familiarity with financial systems such as Costpoint, Cognos, Oracle Analytics, and other Leidos systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
CPA certification.

Pay Range: $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
Please note that the pay range provided is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, skills, and internal equity, among others.
