This could include producing doors, door assemblies, or other support components.Related Job Duties:Reads production paperwork and performs work as assigned by the department supervisor.Assembles the materials to produce garage doors and/or assemblies.Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages and include correct shipping documents.Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.Notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.Place finished goods in the proper area and/or trailer for shipment.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Maintain production standards without compromising quality.Other reasonably related duties as assignedSafety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year previous general labor and/or customer service experience.Preferred Qualifications:2 years of previous experience in manufacturing, operating heavy machines, punch tooling, hand tools, and have mechanical aptitude.Medical and dental are just the beginning.
