We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. The Product Manager will be the primary advocate for the product, responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, and driving growth and profitability. Responsibilities Define and articulate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap Work with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competition Develop and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business objectives , and market trends Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders Manage the product launch process and ensure successful adoption by users Develop pricing strategies and packaging for products Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues Qualifications Customer Focus - u se customer insights t o create the best possible value in their product area Data Informed Decisions - u se data to inform decision-making and uncover new product opportunities Competitive Insight - u nderstand the competitive landscape and industry trends Alignment & Evangelism - create awareness and alignment within the team and with stakeholders Roadmap Creation & Rationale - own the roadmap and establish goals and desired outcomes that achieve the product priorities Start with Opportunity - identify and prioritize opportunities that the product can solve for the customer Delivers - ensures the team has a consistent shipping cadence from the prioritization and scoping of work Communication - communicates with the team, product leadership and key stakeholders frequently and effectively Collaboration - collaborates effectively with team, peers, and stakeholders. Is warm and empathetic and Puts People First - demonstrates empathy and actively listens to customers and colleagues to understand their needs and challenges Education and Years of Experience BS preferred in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science, or a related field) , but relevant professional experience accepted 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field Preferred MBA or advanced degree in a related field Experience with Workday enterprise resource planning (ERP) Experience with Workday Prism Analytics Experience working in a staffing industry Experience with SaaS products. Experience with marketing and customer acquisition strategies. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. Familiarity with product design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch. Experience working with remote teams or distributed workforces. Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Passion for technology and innovation.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $100,100- 193,500 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
