About the Role Volt is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our rapidly scaling product team. As one of Volt's early members, you will play a key role in the success of our team achieving our mission. You will be challenged to own the voice of the customer in guiding our user experience, impact product growth metrics, and work closely with leadership to execute product strategy.
Where We are remote-first. If you're local, our office is open and available to you — we are based out of the One Technology Center in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $85,000 depending on experience in startups and product design, and an additional portion of compensation is equity in the form of stock options. In addition, we fly the whole team into Tulsa at the start of each quarter to collaborate and spend time together in person.
