??About the Role:As theProcurement Manager, Fulfillment Center and Pharmacy,you will be directly responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of our non-inventory needs and budgeting and establishing relationships with key cross functional partners to bring solutions to the team. Reporting to the Sr Director, Fulfillment and Pharmacy, you will handle the working relationships with our facilities to understand, execute, and purchase the right non-inventory from vetted suppliers, establish and maintain RFI's and RFP's for strategic initiatives, and other ad hoc duties. This role is critical to our core functional area of operational excellence.You Will:Seek, qualify, and establish working relationships with non-inventory suppliers and leadershipWork cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, S&OP and facility leads to translate functional needsDetermine target inventory levels based on usage and space constraintsEstablish and maintain redundancy plans and risk mitigation strategiesExpect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategiesFinalize purchase details of orders and deliveriesMonitor supplier performance and engage key stakeholders for input.Develop KPI metrics, regular reporting & communications for non inventory management to reduce expenses and improve effectivenessCommunicate with Senior Leadership team membersYou Have:3-5 years of Procurement work experience, supporting Operations/Manufacturing/ Fulfillment functions.
