Procurement Coordinator (PCS2)Location: Salem, ORInitial Posting Date: 01/10/2024

Responsibilities
• Evaluate contracting requests• Provide guidance and next steps to requestors• Post and manage solicitation documents• Develop proposal evaluation documents• Tabulate final scores and determine winning proposal• Work with winning proposer to set up initial contract meetings• Develop and use appropriate contract templates• Manage, monitor, and administer the OregonBuys procurement system
Requirements
• Four years procurement and contract experience• Bachelor's degree and one year of professional-level procurement and contract experience• OR any combination of experience and education equivalent to four years of procurement and contract experience• Past procurement work experience with the State of Oregon• Knowledge of and experience with State of Oregon Public Contract Statutes and Rules• Experience managing, monitoring, and administering the OregonBuys procurement system• Excellent customer service skills• Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) awareness• IT Software skills• Logistics and planning experience
Key Skills Needed
• Past procurement work experience with the State of Oregon• Knowledge of and experience with State of Oregon Public Contract Statutes and Rules• Experience managing, monitoring, and administering the OregonBuys procurement system• Excellent customer service skills• Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) awareness• IT Software skills• Logistics and planning experience
