Enterprise Fleet Management Information Technology (EFMIT) provides streamlined and effective solutions to serve our growing operation. We offer solid architectural platforms with a strategic focus that clearly align to business growth and improving the customer experience. The Fleet Management systems, including an internal Lease and Customer system, external customer website and vehicle specification system, are web based applications built using J2EE technologies. Other key systems include a third party ERP financial system and multiple business critical MS Access database SQL Server applications. We support both full Java and .Net development environments.

EFM IT has an exciting new opportunity for an IT Process Architect. The Process Architect is responsible for developing and leading cross-group working sessions to develop and/or improve business processes and systems. This position provides subject matter expertise on process analysis design, improvement, modeling tools, methodologies, notations, and workflow design patterns. The Process Architect also assesses and manages impact and risk of proposed changes on existing processes.  
This opportunity will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities Proactively analyzes existing processes and inefficiencies or opportunities to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce costs; recommend process enhancements and present findings to senior leadership Negotiates with sponsors and subject matter experts to define global processes. Develops methods to identify continuous improvements. Implements metrics to measure goals, efficiencies, effectiveness, and quality. Develops and/or leads the development of process documentation, standards, and best practices. Coordinates/implements process pilots; develops and delivers training and communications.
