Job Description:We are looking for a Principal Technical Product Specialist – Workloads to join our team and have a direct impact on our Workload Communications portfolio. In this role, you will be the subject-matter-expert for customer and GTM efforts. You will also gather customer use case details and drive feature requirements, directly working with the product team to help drive product roadmap. You will help us meet the requirements of our rapidly growing customer base and be game changers in the security space. You must possess a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality with extreme attention to detail.QualificationMust have working knowledge and hands-on experience in network and workload-level security to include public cloud and on-premises data center environments.Must have deeper-level knowledge of architecture and essential services from AWS, Azure, and GCP. Must possess a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality with extreme attention to detail.Present to customers as SME at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from technician to CIO. Lead and support customer demonstrations that showcase our unique value.Maintain bi-directional trusted advisor relationship with Product Management to drive customer feedback and future solution direction.Provide product updates and enhancement training for the various sales teams in the region. Assist in the training of new Zscaler SEs in their designated region in installing customer presentations, and internally focused deal preparation activities.Provide design consultation and best practice guidance for rollout, implementation, and policy conversion during the 'pre-sales' process for strategic opportunities. Take ownership of advanced 'proof of concept' testing in strategic accounts either at the customer site or Zscaler lab facilitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or other technical fields5 + years of experience in technical product management or technical marketing8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Consulting Engineer, SE specialist, or Solution ArchitectStrong ability to understand and define customer problems.Strong technical foundation in networking and security technologies.Must have a deep understanding of Proxy Architecture, Firewall, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Malware Detection, IPS, Advanced Threat Protection, and Segmentation.Must have hands-on experience building customer demos, testing, and validating customer use cases.Drive and validate industry-recognized third-party independent testing.Strong communication skills, verbal and written – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives.Leadership, drive, passion, and charisma – the ability to persuade, sell ideas, and lead without authority.#LI-REMOTE#LI-CM3
