Responsibilities

Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist• Valid state license• SNF experience preferred• New grads are welcome• COVID test required 72 hours prior to start date• Must pass background checks and provide references• CPR certification required• Hep B vaccination required• 8 hours of dementia training required• Negative drug screen results required
