Responsibilities:
- Coach daily workouts and customize routines for individuals with diverse needs
- Conduct free consultations, fitness evaluations, and weekly weigh-ins
- Arrive early for class setup and check-ins
- Maintain accurate online scheduling and communicate promptly via text and email
- Actively promote our programs within the community
- Attend occasional conference calls and participate in promotional shoots
- Manage personal availability for scheduling appointments and consultations
- Represent our brand positively within the community
- Foster a motivating team environment and adhere to company policies
Requirements:
- Completion of Encore Personal Training Fitness program within the first 3 months
- CPR/AED Certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in coaching or group exercise preferred
- Regular access to a computer with internet connectivity
- Willingness to track attendance and schedules online

Pay Range: $38,731.00 - $54,277.00 per year
Expected Hours: 1 - 40 per week
