Job summary
Create and deliver personal training workouts for clientsBuild and recruit new personal training clientsWork under the management of the Fitness Director

Responsibilities
• Create safe and effective exercise programs• Execute exercise programs for a variety of members• Keep accurate and detailed records of program progress• Maintain a minimum of 12 client hours weekly• Utilize prospecting techniques to achieve training minimums• Qualify leads using the Exercise Readiness Questionnaire and Member Profile• Maintain and record schedule accurately• Plan holiday schedules and personal time in advance• Provide monthly session forecasts• Complete all in-house training as assigned

• Excellent communication and listening skills• Ability to motivate and nurture others• Strong work ethic with attention to detail• Outwardly facing professional appearance• Desire to create new relationships quickly• Nationally recognized personal training certification• CPR/AED certification• Participation in professional development and continuing education opportunities
