Installed Building Products (IBP) is seeking a talented, dependable and dedicated Payroll Specialist. What You Can Expect
As a Payroll Specialist, and part of a large Payroll supportive team, you will leverage your multi-state payroll experience to balance payrolls, print, sort, and mail checks, and audit payroll reports for around 2,000 employees every week. Your work extends to processing hires, entering W-4s, updating direct deposits and other employee data changes related to Payroll via the Human Capital Management System, UltiPro (now UKG). Payroll can be challenging; the IBP Payroll Department prides itself in empowering the team to formulate solutions to any problems that may come up! We ensure our team members receive the proper tools and training they need to succeed and excel in their role.

To Be Successful
Minimum of 1-2 years multi-state Payroll experience, preferred
HS Diploma required
Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
