Learn more about it here.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring aPartner Sales Senior Manager to lead ourPartner ExpansioninHouston!Specifically, the Partner Sales Senior Manager is responsible for leading a hungry, talented inside sales team focused on creating the best network of fitness partners to meet client and user demand. This person will also work cross-functionally with the Wellhub Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Sales teams.YOUR IMPACTLead the Inside Sales teamCommunicate with the sales team to develop sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and quarterly goalsRun regular sales training and coaching sessions with the sellers.Participate in the country meetings and work with internal stakeholders to provide updates about the coverage development and to collect inputs to drive the efforts of the team.  Assess opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity of the team via new processes and tools.Increase adoption of the self-registration tool in the US market.Work closely alongside the marketing and campaign teams to generate prospecting strategy and targeted initiatives to drive partner expansionIdentify and qualify potential partnerships with gyms and fitness centers nationwideCollaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure the correct prioritization of team efforts.WHO YOU AREBachelor's degreeSales management experience or similar experience managing other sales repsExperience with BDR and/or SDR managementExperience with Salesforce AND SalesloftSelf-starter and ability to work independentlyConsistent record of goal achievementFlexibility and willingness to adapt to company changes and growthEnthusiasm for helping people have a happy and healthy lifeWe recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
