The project is designed to explore and implement the advantages of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Healthcare, with a specific focus on facilitating immediate access through TeleHealth services.

Date: Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, April 28th
Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Hosting Facility: Centaur Medical Center | Orlando, Florida

The Ask:
Calling all Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Residents/Attendings currently Practicing Medicine in Adult Primary Care. We are in search of dedicated healthcare professionals who can commit to 120 minutes of recorded audio time with patients, along with approximately 3 hours for transitions, administrative setup, and breakdown.
We are organizing sessions for 10-12 Medical Professionals on both Saturday and Sunday, spanning 8 hours each day. Upon signing up, you will have the flexibility to choose your preferred daytime slot: either a 8:00 am or 1:00 pm start time on both Saturday and Sunday.
Scenario:
Participating medical providers will engage in a simulated environment where 12 patients will rotate through assigned rooms, interacting with 5 or more healthcare professionals. Each provider will have a maximum of 10 minutes per patient encounter. Patients will share their last doctor visit and symptoms as their chief complaint. There will be no physical interactions; verbal communication is key.
Compensation:
Medical professionals will be compensated $450 for 120 minutes of recording audio time with patients. Payouts will commence within 3 business days post-session. Real-time audits may be conducted to ensure recording accuracy before leaving the hosting facility.
