Online Web Chat Associate

Instacart is seeking to hire an Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will be driven, independent, possess strong time management skills, and have the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through our online web chat platform- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on product offerings and promotions to better assist customers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks- Adaptability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues
