Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Online Support Assistant to join our team at Charles Schwab in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing online support to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients in navigating our online platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.3. Provide support for account management, including updating client information and processing transactions.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.5. Conduct research and gather relevant information to address client concerns effectively.6. Engage in strategic planning to improve online support processes and enhance overall customer experience.7. Participate in problem-solving activities to resolve complex client issues and escalate as needed.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain data security.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online support.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally.4. Proficient in computer systems and software applications, with experience using online platforms.5. Demonstrated strategic planning and problem-solving skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.7. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
