Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Assistant at our location in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through live chat, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to incoming messages from customers in a timely manner- Provide accurate and helpful information to assist customers with their needs- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyze chat interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment- Proficiency in using online chat platforms- High attention to detail and accuracy
