Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Impossible Foods in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online customer support team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online customer support strategies to enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty- Oversee a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints through email, chat, and social media platforms- Analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer support experience- Implement and maintain customer support tools and systems for efficient handling of customer inquiries- Develop and maintain customer support metrics and KPIs to track team performance and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer support or a related field- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset- Proficiency in customer support tools and systems- Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Creativity and cooperation as soft skills- Equal opportunity employer
