Job Description:

Micron Technology is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat.2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.3. Educate customers on product features and functionalities.4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and retention.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong time management and organizational skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.7. Passion for technology and helping customers resolve issues.
