Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable at Siemens in Washington, D.C., US. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage online accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments- Monitor accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies- Prepare and send invoices as needed- Review customer accounts and reconcile any discrepancies- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and account details- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze data and identify trends- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role- Strong planning and organizational skills- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
