Job Description:
SoFi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Associate to join our team located in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online account holders. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and energetic personality. Critical thinking and decision-making skills are a must for this position.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions- Educate customers on our products and services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience- Stay up to date on company policies, products, and industry trends
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Resourceful and energetic personality- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
