Account Manager: Dyesha Gardner Smoothie Bar Operator Job Description Greet guests and customers when they pass the smoothie bar area Engage with guests when they stop at the smoothie bar or when they are looking at the menu  Take orders using the Square point of sale system  Proficiency in handling cash Processing card/touchless payments  Balancing cash register  Receiving and filling online orders  Prepare orders Maintain a current food handler's card  Use Vitamix blenders and slushie machine  Familiarity with products for sale – what their purpose is and what the health benefits are  Inventory Updating inventory sheet daily  Restocking and organizing fridge each shift  Organizing shelves Refilling puree bottles when low  Restocking cups, straws, lids, and napkins  Cleaning General maintenance of the smoothie bar and surrounding area  Mopping the floor daily  Cleaning/disinfecting blenders, counters, and all utensils as needed  Cleaning/disinfecting seats and tables outside of the smoothie bar
