What You Need for this Position
4 Years of experience and:
- Mortgage/retail Underwriting
- Encompass software
- Knowledge and experience with TRID
- Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, DE conventional loans
- Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, and Freddie mac is a plus
- DE/CHUMS
