As we continue to expand rapidly, with over 115 schools and growing at a rate of 50 new schools per year, we are seeking an individual who embodies both visionary leadership and hands-on problem-solving skills.
Role Overview:
As a Montessori Program Lead, you will be an integral member of our dynamic regional team, supporting a portfolio of approximately a dozen schools. Working collaboratively with school leaders, you will strive for programmatic excellence by leveraging your deep expertise in Montessori pedagogy. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including but not limited to:
Building Program Excellence: Supporting school teams in achieving outstanding Montessori programming by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to educators.
Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruiting, nurturing, and retaining passionate Montessori educators, while also fostering the growth of instructional leaders within each school.
Ensuring Profitability: Viewing program quality through the lens of a thriving and profitable school, understanding that excellence in education drives successful outcomes for students, staff, and the organization as a whole.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
5+ years of Montessori classroom experience and certification.
A hands-on approach to leadership, with a willingness to actively engage with teachers and students in the classroom setting.
Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in data evaluation tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine passion for education.
