Materials Handler/Forklift Driver

The ideal team member is someone looking to grow in their career, with a drive for efficiency and attention to detail. HOURS: Monday-Friday (1 position) 9:00am-5pm and (1 position) 10:00am-7:00pm, with over-time as needed RESPONSIBILITIES: Unload and stage inbound material for inspection Document inbound material damage and communicate with appropriate individuals Assist in inspection and/or receiving functions per LD procedures as needed Collect small packages and bring to designated area for receipt Put material away in the correct stocking location Complete spot check item counts and cycle counts Complete pick to ship and cutback requests Organize materials to improve warehouse layout Utilize first in, first out practices to rotate product Ensure safe working practices and LD safety policies are always followed Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: A motivated, quick problem solver who likes to work in a fast-paced team environment Able to read and follow instructions; managing work flow effectively A positive, willing attitude Extreme confidence in operational abilities COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $20.35 starting wage plus DOE, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions available after 60 days of employment 401K options Paid holidays MORE ABOUT OUR COMPANY: We are an equal opportunity employer and one of North America's leading manufacturers of quality residential and commercial interior wood doors.
