Job Description - Non-Exempt Position Title: CMA OPC (Community Marketing Agents)
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Purpose The Community Marketing Agent OPC provides information and opportunities for qualifying couples and individual(s) to attend a presentation about Capital Vacations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Serves as the first point of contact for Capital Vacations Sales ExperienceGreets, presents, and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales presentation at Capital VacationsMust be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of Capital Vacations while pre-qualifying potential customersMaintains an accurate record and customer logsResponsible for the collection and delivery of any deposits received from the guestsResponsible for maintaining production at or above minimum performance standardsGeneral Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
High School Diploma/GEDSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not requiredAbility to maintain production standardsAbility to overcome objectionsMust be energetic and outgoingShift: Flexible
