We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and talented Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by spearheading our marketing efforts and playing a hands-on role in managing various marketing initiatives.
Job Purpose:
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to support the company's goals. You will lead a team to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand experience and drive overall CRM strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead digital marketing strategy, including planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales Team to drive CRM strategy and integration with other parts of the enterprise.
Ensure consistent brand experience across all marketing touchpoints.
Manage projects with internal resources and external vendors.
Measure and report on the impact of marketing initiatives.
Create marketing plans for various programs and channels.
Develop strong, on-brand content and messaging.
Optimize channel utilization and refine marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
Collaborate with business partners to improve customer acquisition channels.
Maintain attention to detail and ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
5-10 years of related experience, including leadership of marketing teams.
Expertise in Google and Facebook advertising tactics.
Knowledgeable in all digital marketing channels.
Experience managing high-budget marketing campaigns.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Inspiring leader with excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Job Type: Full-time (Remote/Work From Home)
Pay: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
