Full job description We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented, self-starter to serve as a Marketing Coordinator. This person will have a passion for faith-based work, a fun and welcoming spirit, and proven success working in a professional environment.
The successful candidate will:
Enjoy communicating across generations and demographics, by phone, in writing, and in person
Show an ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
Schedule, calendar, and track meetings and events
Manage and organize multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrate success organizing projects and meeting deadlines
Efficiently use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word and Google Suite of software
Experience using Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, and/or other publishing software
Be digitally savvy and comfortable using Social Media and posting messages (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) and editing and updating our website content
Consistently update and create database records and generate reports from our database
Develop and send out e-newsletters via an enterprise email management tool.
Purchase supplies and maintain office equipment
Possess an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or has a substantial portfolio to show of marketing materials she or he has created
Has at least some professional work experience answering phones and email
Have knowledge of, or a desire to grow, in Ignatian Spirituality
Must speak and write fluently in English. Ideally speaks and writes in Spanish, but not required.
Compensation: Depending on experience and salary history
This is an hourly position with an estimated 40 hours per week, with a few evenings and occasional weekends required for meetings and special events that reports to the Associate Director
Start Date: Based on availability after completing a background check and reference check.
