Responsibilities
• Provide guidance, support, and materials for promotion, sales, and marketing• Manage all aspects of the YMCA's brand including social media and print materials• Develop and oversee marketing and communication materials• Create and distribute printed and electronic donor newsletters• Manage and supervise all YMCA social media• Plan and participate in special events to create a positive image of the YMCA• Develop annual marketing budget and sales plan• Plan, organize, and implement projects, meet deadlines, and respond to changing priorities• Work and communicate with diverse array of leaders from across the association• Adhere to policies, rules, and regulations as outlined in employee handbook
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in communications, design marketing, or related field preferred• Five or more years of professional experience in marketing or content creation• Ability to relate to top community leaders and diverse groups of people• Advanced skill level with Adobe Creative Suites, Canva, Publisher, and more• Strong skills in design, execution, and production of marketing materials• Computer and internet literacy in various software• Strong oral and written communication skills• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects• Physical requirements: carrying, seeing, hearing, speaking, running, crouching, lifting (25lbs), and walking
