Here is what you will do: As a senior member of the Brand & Customer Marketing team, the Manager, Customer Marketing - Agribusiness will play a vital role in leading the team responsible for demand generation for our Agribusiness solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the development and execution of all demand generation efforts, including ABM, content and event marketing; working in collaboration with the digital promotions team to deliver results Translating overall business unit objectives and targets into goals and plans for the Agribusiness marketing team Working in collaboration with the brand team and agency partners to deliver content and creative that is customer-focused, compelling and on-brand Regularly engaging a wide range of stakeholders across sales, product marketing, product and customer success to develop strategies, messaging, and processes that drive buy-in and collaboration between sales and marketing throughout the funnel Managing weekly and monthly reporting on KPI's to senior-level stakeholders across the organization. Developing action plans accordingly Identifying, building and managing strategic partnership programs across the industry, ensuring maximum value is captured Supporting the harmonization of acquired brands and teams into the larger Marketing and Revenue Operations team Driving team engagement and professional development of members of the Agribusiness and larger Brand & Customer marketing team Building processes, tools and ways of working that support high-quality, efficient and collaborative work across the sales, marketing, product and customer success teams Judiciously managing the expenditures and ROI of the Agribusiness marketing budget Qualifications You're the missing piece of the puzzle: 10+ years experience in a marketing related role Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience Proven expertise driving results in a B2B environment leveraging ABM Experience influencing decision making across diverse business teams, along with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and action plans Must be comfortable with autonomy, able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organisation skills A collaborator who can work cross-functionally – role requires substantial relationship management both internal and external to the business unit  Strong business acumen with an ability to evaluate ideas against business needs and success criteria Ability to simplify complex issues and proven track record of developing highly effective executive communications Experience influencing decision making across diverse business teams Experience in the Agriculture industry (retail or manufacturing) industry an asset Marketing experience in a SaaS role considered an asset Great to haves: Self-starter – able to work independently; anticipates needs and takes initiative  Analytical – able to quickly synthesize key information and take action to drive results Organized – excellent time management and prioritization skills Adaptable – comfortable working in a dynamic, quickly evolving environment  Problem solver – able to easily pivot and find new, innovative solutions  Team oriented – exceptionally strong interpersonal skills, works well with individuals across teams Leader - able to create clarity and define success in a way that motivates and inspires a team around delivery Coach-like - guides and empowers team members through feedback, questions, and support to foster growth and maximize their potential. Customer focused - pays close attention to the pivotal details that impact clarity and delight in the customer journey  Job Information: Location - Remote
Employment Type - Full Time
The US base salary range for this position is $100K - $150 K USD.
Bonus/Commissions - Eligible for a performance-based bonus of 15%.
