Responsibilities
• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner• Be available for 24-hour on-call schedule• Assist with inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials• Inspect property for improvements and repairs• Perform work order requests• Maintain cleanliness of grounds• Operate and maintain equipment• Paint interior and exterior when required• Maintain a professional appearance and good attitude• Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
• HVAC skills - CFC certification• CPO certification preferred• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA• Refrigerant Certification preferred• Reliable transportation
