Responsibilities
• Greeting and providing individualized service to guests• Maintaining contact with a preferred customer list• Informing guests of promotions and events• Meeting/exceeding individual and team sales goals• Conducting makeup applications and product demonstrations• Maintaining relationships with vendors and partners• Communicating merchandising needs to the store manager• Ensuring merchandise, testers, and stations are well-maintained• Following loss prevention control procedures• Promoting loyalty and guest service programs
Requirements
• 3-4 years of prestige product line retail experience• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships• High school diploma or equivalent• Adherence to dress code and professional appearance• Demonstrated sales, product, and service competency• Ability to handle guest concerns and prioritize tasks• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team• Ability to work nights and weekends• Demonstrator's license required in Nevada• Cosmetology or Estheticians license required in Maine
