About Us: Wisconsin Country Club, a premier golf and social destination, is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Locker Room Attendant. Nestled in the heart of Milwaukee, our club offers an exceptional golf experience, exquisite dining, and a vibrant community.
Position Overview: As a Locker Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of service for our esteemed members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the locker room facilities while providing a welcoming and courteous environment.
Responsibilities: · Maintain cleanliness and organization in the locker room area.
· Assist members and guests with locker assignments and inquiries.
· Monitor and replenish amenities, towels, and toiletries as needed.
· Uphold a high level of customer service, addressing member needs with professionalism and courtesy.
· Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.
· Work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
Qualifications: · Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
· Ability to work weekends is required.

About The Wisconsin Country Club: Located just outside of the city, The Wisconsin Country Club is home to one of the most challenging and beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the area. It's Harry Smead/David Gill design features tree-lined fairways, intricately contoured greens, and well-positioned bunkering. In addition, Members enjoy an excellent court experience with 4 hard tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts available for open play, clinics, and socials.
