Job Description:
Darden Restaurants is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a timely and professional manner through live chat- Assist customers with order placement, product recommendations, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain Darden Restaurants' high service standards- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests- Utilize creativity to engage customers and enhance their online shopping experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meet departmental KPIs and goals for customer satisfaction and responsiveness
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information via chat- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment- Excellent multitasking and time management skills- Detail-oriented and able to accurately document customer interactions- Must possess strong computer skills and be proficient in using chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
