Learn more about Ledcor here.Hear more from our mining team here.Essential Responsibilities:Perform tasks on the labor crew to support mining operationsSample collection, pipe laying and backfilling trenchesComplete production reporting and other documentation as requiredCommunicate effectively and professionally with other team membersBe a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and proceduresQualifications:Previous mining experience is preferredDemonstrates an awareness and understanding of mining safety and MSHA policiesCurrent MSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal certification is preferredMust have valid photo identificationWork Conditions:Ability to work overtime may be requiredEmployee benefits package and 401k plan participation offered after 60 days of continuous employmentAdditional Information:Company DescriptionLedcor Mining services reach across the lifespan of a mine, from facility construction, to full-scale contract mining of coal, minerals, or metals, all the way to mine reclamation.
