• Provide strength-based, solution-focused supportive therapeutic services in the community• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients• Ensure each recipient has an Individualized Crisis Recovery Plan on file• Participate in collaborative meetings with Rehabilitation Services staff• Provide crisis intervention services to recipients• Communicate client's status and document all interactions• Attend trainings and clinical supervision sessions• Follow safety rules and comply with evaluations
Requirements
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology
