Responsibilities
• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues• Answer client questions professionally• Accept and deliver service calls as assigned• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot various software and hardware• Complete real-time reporting of all calls• Follow established policies and guidelines• Control assets and inventory• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution• Maintain ticket updates for reported incidents
Requirements
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• IT skills and experience• Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients• Ability to drive to client locations• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers and printers• Perform remedial repairs on equipment• Ability to lift and move computer equipment• Pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background check• Experience in IT with understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms• In-depth knowledge of various IT aspects• Ability to use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting• Willingness to work off-hours and weekends when required• IT qualifications• 1-2 years of relevant experience• Ready to travel 10-20 miles as per the requirement
