Responsibilities
• Providing first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues• Answering client questions in a professional manner• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement• Meeting established customer service satisfaction criteria• Installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting various software and applications• Completing real-time reporting of all calls• Following established policies, guidelines, and documents• Ensuring control of assets and inventory• Providing timely communication on issue status and resolution• Maintaining ticket updates for all reported incidents
Requirements
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills• IT skills and experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications• Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients• Ability to drive to client locations• Performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers and printers• Performing remedial repairs on equipment• Ability to lift and move various computer equipment• Knowledge and experience in networking and data centers• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and Active Directory• Experience with Mac operating system and mobile device management• Ability to use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues• Willingness to work off-hours and weekends when required• IT qualifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional• 1-2 years of relevant experience• Ready to travel 10-20 miles as per the requirement
