Job summary
The Factory Quality Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and resource stewardship for the Factory Quality organization.The position is part of the Windows Group and will be located at the Peachtree City, GA Factory.The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to their team, build trust, set high expectations, and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Foster a culture that aligns with the company's mission, values, and success model.• Identify and implement ways to make quality a shared mindset at CBB.• Build strong business relationships and work collaboratively across functions.• Ensure end-to-end quality responsibility from supplier to customer satisfaction.• Support the development and execution of the Cornerstone Quality Management System.• Develop and execute effective methods for inspection, testing, sampling, and training.• Monitor customer satisfaction and internal metrics to drive quality improvements.• Support the development and execution of the Cornerstone Production System Quality Control Pillar.• Lead problem-solving efforts for customer and internal quality issues.• Explore, identify, and implement new technologies for quality control systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related industrial field.• Six Sigma certification preferred.• At least 6+ years of manufacturing experience and 3 years of quality experience.• Passionate about quality and staying up to date with technical skills and best practices.• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for problem-solving.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
