Full job description Overview: Element has an opportunity for a NDT - Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector (2nd shift) to perform Liquid Penetrant Testing using specific techniques on aerospace products. Uses knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, equipment set-up, and NDT methods to process parts for inspection following specific operating procedures. Interprets and evaluates test results


Responsibilities: Set-up, operate, calibrate, and perform Process Control Checks on NDT (Liquid Penetrant Test) equipment by following established instructions and record results Review procedures, specifications, drawings and other instructions for completeness with procedures and technical instructions to evaluate for welding, machining, etc. Interpret, evaluate, and report evaluation results as required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Must meet DOT background check and medical requirements including drug screening #LI-SN1
