Title:Insights Manager | Content and Discovery AnalyticsLocation: This is a fully remote position. If you are located near one of our LTK offices, come have a coffee when you want to socialize! About the roleLTK's Insights & Analytics team is an integral component of the company's overall mission.  As a Manager, you will lead and support the analysis and strategy behind complex business problems.  You will work cross-functionally across LTK to provide insights to optimize the business and assess the execution of and impact of initiatives.   You will act as a "player-coach" and have a strong ability to balance your desire to "roll-up your sleeves" with your want to mentor and grow your team.  You inherently are creative, analytical, and technically proficient with a strong desire to solve problems while balancing the dynamics of business and tech.  In this role, you will be part of a growth-hungry, acceleration-minded team of problem-solvers and product-builders; you will use a data-driven approach to drive a deep understanding of our rapidly evolving business and platforms.   We focus relentlessly on the needs of our brands, influencers and consumers.  We seek thought-partners and creative thinkers who can collaborate effectively with product managers, marketing managers, designers, and engineers to define and measure success metrics as well as identify actionable insights to help LTK grow.This role focuses on Content and Discovery Analytics  within the LTK Insights & Analytics hub.  This person will collaborate to generate actionable insights that impact all areas of the business and ultimately drive engagement and revenue by conducting complex analyses and monitoring performance on a daily basis.  You will apply your strategic and analytical skills to high visibility company challenges. You will partner with product teams to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line.  Other focus areas include: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendationsHelp build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer and creator experiences through content discovery, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go to market strategiesInvolve problem frame-works, develop hypotheses, test and analysis, solution development, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring planHow you will make an impactLead a team of analysts to translate complex analytical tasks into actionable insights and easily consumable outputsDefine and manage processes needed to achieve operational excellence for your teamProvide guidance and mentorship the members of your teamTranslate complex analytical tasks into actionable insights and easily consumable outputsSynthesize complex data analyses and communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organizationBe able to extract data out of Big Data technologies (i.e. Redshift) to produce clear and actionable insightsCraft compelling dashboards and visualizations to "tell the story" of the businessContinually evaluate and refine your technical toolkit; teach what you learn to the teamCollaborate daily with cross-functional colleagues to drive strategies and tactics for growthWhat you will bring to LTKQualifications5+ years experience in a quantitative role (ideal backgrounds include: a similar at a paid media agency, e-commerce or travel industry with experience working on Brand and Content Analytics)4+ years of experience managing and scaling a team (2+ persons)Proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
