Position Summary
Support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in the daily sustainment of the company Security program. Under the direction of the CISO, administrate the Business Continuity Disaster Recovery program.
"Has minimum necessary access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by Job Description/Role."
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support day-to-day security requirements, investigative processes and inter-department support requests.
Conduct testing and validation of directed asset configurations to ensure they are implemented in accordance with published policies, standards, directives and industry best practices.
Facilitate incident alerts, support incident response, steer corrective processes, ensure ongoing audit compliance.
Conduct reviews, analyze dispositions, support investigations, identify and mitigate potential security weaknesses or violations of policy.
Maintain Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for the mitigation of vulnerabilities on assigned assets.
Author and maintain materials and or documentation as directed.

Working Conditions/Physical Effort
Normal degree of physical effort in typical office environment with comfortable, constant temperatures and absence of objectionable elements.
May be subject to interruptions.
May be required to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.
Must be able to have flexible work schedule when workflow requires.
Must meet established attendance and punctuality guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Information Technology
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient use of general Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and sufficiently apply complex topics.
3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
1+ years of experience in working with federal or DoD government implementation of the NIST RMF for A&A.
1 or more security certifications.
Knowledge and applied use of NIST publications.
Experience with performing Cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation.
Experience with physical, Cloud and virtual environment security.
Experience with Windows, Linux and Macintosh operating systems.
Experience with general networking.
Experience performing manual testing methods and procedures using STIGs, SRGs or other checklists.
