(This role sitsonsite. Relocation is not available for this role). The HRG delivers on strategic initiatives for the business on all things team member related. The focus is on operational activities supporting team members and leaders of the assigned client group(s), such as employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with appropriate local, state and federal regulations. In addition, the HRG will facilitate key processes that drive company priorities such as workforce planning, talent management, change management, company culture, and transformation initiatives.You will:Responsible for aligning business objectives with HR solutions in the organizations they supportForm effective relationships with area leadership, department heads, managers, and team members, providing HR guidance Mentor and coaches' FC leadership and HR direct reportsAnalyze trends and KPIs in partnership with the HR Ops group to develop solutions, programs, and opportunities for FC efficiencyConduct effective, thorough, and objective investigationsWork closely with Ops leadership to improve team member work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionProvide guidance and input on FC business strategyPartner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure Federal and State labor employment laws are complied withOccasional travel may be neededYou are:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field preferredAt least 3 years of Human Resources experience, including working knowledge of HR services (team member relations, labor relations, performance management, compensation, talent management and recruitment, organizational development, employment law) preferredSHRM-CP or PHR preferredExceptional analytical, problem-solving skills, project management, collaboration, and matrix management skillsDemonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal)HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google SuiteOverall business acumen, ethical decision-making, and relationship management skillsBenefits:Unlimited PTOFree Misfits Market subscriptionMultiple health, dental, and vision plan options Life Insurance401k plan
